The nation seems to get created from the ashes of the old Commonwealth after the New European Order events (happened late 1944 in my Germany game) getting all Indian provinces the Malaya peninsula and Singapore
Soon I find out that they have no ministers, they do no research and apparently build no units. Although I have yet to load as them to see what they're up to.
